Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) - Intake 120

At Sri Venkateshwara College of Architecture (SVCA), we offer a rigorous five-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program designed to cultivate creative, analytical, and technical skills essential for the evolving field of architecture. Our curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, integrating design studios with real-world projects to prepare students for professional practice.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the B.Arch program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Alternatively, candidates with a 10+3 Diploma recognized by the Central/State Governments with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and at least 50% aggregate marks are also eligible. 

  • Entrance Examination: Valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) or JEE Main Paper 2. SVCA is an authorized NATA test center, facilitating a seamless admission process for aspiring students.

1. Register for NATA or JEE Main Paper 2

Candidates must appear for NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 as per the respective exam guidelines.

2. Counseling & Seat Allocation Process

Total intake: 120
Convener quota: 84 seats
Management quota: 36 seats

  • Students who want to take part in the Telangana B.Arch admission 2025 have to first register and pay the fees for the Telangana B.Arch counseling process.
  • Certificate verification – Below are some of the documents required:
    1. NATA/ JEE Main Scorecard
    2. Class 10 and 12th Mark Sheet
    3. Domicile Certificate
    4. Income Certificate, etc.
  • TSCHE will release a final list of registered students on its official website: barchadm.tsche.ac.in
  • TS B.Arch SAR Merit List 2025 will be released. The TS B.Arch Merit list (SAR list) is made up of 50% Class 12 marks and 50% NATA/JEE Main 2025 results.
  • The seats to Telangana B.Arch colleges will be distributed across all institutes in the order of SAR.
  • Students will have to fill out the names of their preferred colleges during the TS B.Arch web option entry process. The Telangana B.Arch counseling process includes:
    • Registration
    • Choice filling
    • Choice locking
    • Seat allotment
    • Document verification
    • Fee payment
  • Spot Admission: The authorities will conduct a spot round of TS B.Arch counseling to fill any unfilled seats. Students who were not allocated a seat during the previous round of TS B.Arch counseling are eligible to participate in spot round counseling.

Master of Architecture (M.Arch) - Intake 20

The M.Arch program at Sri Venkateshwara College of Architecture (SVCA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course designed for graduates who aspire to deepen their understanding of architectural theory, advanced design, and research-based practice.

Our curriculum bridges design thinking with sustainable solutions, technological integration, and critical analysis, making our postgraduates future-ready professionals and educators in the field of architecture.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the M.Arch program, applicants must fulfill the following:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

  • Entrance Examination:
    Candidates must have a valid score in PGECET (Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) or equivalent national-level entrance examinations like GATE (Architecture & Planning).
