Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) - Intake 120

At Sri Venkateshwara College of Architecture (SVCA), we offer a rigorous five-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program designed to cultivate creative, analytical, and technical skills essential for the evolving field of architecture. Our curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, integrating design studios with real-world projects to prepare students for professional practice.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the B.Arch program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

    • Educational Qualification:

      •Pass 10+2 or equivalent with:
      •Physics & Mathematics (compulsory)
      •Plus one of: Chemistry / Biology / Technical Vocational subject / CS / IT / etc.
      •Or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics
      •Minimum 45% marks in aggregate

  • Entrance Examination: Valid score in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) or JEE Main Paper 2. SVCA is an authorized NATA test center, facilitating a seamless admission process for aspiring students.

Master of Architecture (M.Arch) - Intake 20

The M.Arch program at Sri Venkateshwara College of Architecture (SVCA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course designed for graduates who aspire to deepen their understanding of architectural theory, advanced design, and research-based practice.

Our curriculum bridges design thinking with sustainable solutions, technological integration, and critical analysis, making our postgraduates future-ready professionals and educators in the field of architecture.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission into the M.Arch program, applicants must fulfill the following:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

  • Entrance Examination:
    Candidates must have a valid score in PGECET (Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) or equivalent national-level entrance examinations like GATE (Architecture & Planning).
