INFRASTRUCTURE

The college has the necessary infrastructure needed to make it one of the
best in State. Spacious and modern state of the art studios, classrooms,
laboratories, seminar halls, faculty centre, exhibition hall, library, computer
laboratory, construction yard, informal seating spaces altogether adding up to
58,000 sq. ft of built-up area and 30,000 sq. ft of parking space along with Wi-fi
facility in the campus.
ADMISSIONS
COURSES OFFERED AND SEATS AVAILABLE
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) approved by Council of Architecture (COA)
and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine arts University (JNA &
FAU). A five year/ Ten semester full-time course with an annual intake of 120.
10+2 or equivalent examination (English and Mathematics) as compulsory
subjects with minimum 50% marks in intermediate examination and 40 % marks
in the All-India National Aptitude test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the
council of Architecture (COA). SVCA is a test centre for NATA.
